Secovi-Sp is the biggest trade union in the real estate market in Latin America and since 1946 is acting in partnership with the government, public sector, and corporations for developing and modernizing the city in favor of all population around the Estate.

I was responsible for planning, implementing, and creating marketing activities to promoting better communication between the trade union and its associates through online media and offline media (branding, brochures, and promotional items). Also, beyond working in the internal marketing for all employees, I made part of the team that worked in planning, art direction, and artwork production for the Secovi Convention, one of the largest national forums in the real estate industry.

+ Working in partnership with the Management Direction and Sales team to implement the overall Marketing Strategy & Marketing Plan (content development, online advertising, and social media campaigns, events, and creative activities including branding, brochures, and promotional items);

+ Designed logos and complete advertising campaign for Secovi and Its social programs like Ampliar, Gentilezas Urbanas, Geo Secovi, Millenium, PQ and Secovi University;

+ Delivering high impact campaigns to associates and then understand their objectives to address online and offline marketing solution to help them to fulfill both near term and long-term goals;
